With a career built at the intersection of real estate law, property management, and real estate sales, Raika brings a comprehensive and strategic approach to every transaction. For over a decade, she worked behind the scenes in real estate law - where she managed more than 3,500 closings as Practice Manager at JK Law Professional Corporation, while also becoming a Certified Condominium Manager—developing the depth of knowledge that now powers her work as a Realtor®.
Licensed since 2018, Raika initially practiced real estate on a part-time basis while balancing her primary career in law. Even with limited time, she earned a Real Estate Sales Award in her first year, and contributed to several complex land development and investment property deals, including land assemblies. Today, she is pivoting her full focus to real estate sales—bringing together her legal expertise, deep industry insight, and passion for helping clients make smart, informed property decisions.
Raika is also a dedicated community leader, with years of community service spanning more than 20 years.
Most recently, she served as Chair of the Richmond Hill Village BIA for three years and was also appointed Ward 4 Councillor for the City of Richmond Hill in 2022. She continues to lead and support several local charities, reflecting her commitment to sustainable, community-driven growth. She holds a Juris Doctorate from Taft University, a BA in Political Science from York University, and a Certified Condominium Manager diploma from Mohawk College. Known for her integrity, clear communication, and results-driven mindset, Raika is uniquely positioned to guide clients through even the most complex real estate journeys."
